These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Wagmore Pet Boutique website and purchases made through our online shop, including subscription products.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. About Us
Wagmore Pet Boutique is a UK-based independent pet boutique based in Sowerby Bridge, Halifax, West Yorkshire.

We offer handmade pet accessories and enrichment products, 100% natural dog treats, pet wellbeing products and subscription boxes.

2. Using Our Website
You may use this website for lawful personal use.
You must not:
- misuse the website or attempt to gain unauthorised access;
- introduce viruses, malicious software or other harmful material;
- use the website for unlawful purposes; or
- reproduce, distribute or commercially use our photographs, product descriptions, branding, designs or other content without our permission.
We may update, change or temporarily withdraw parts of the website where necessary.
3. Products & Product Information
We take care to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible.
As many Wagmore Pet Boutique products are handmade, there may be small variations in colour, pattern, size, positioning or finish. These variations are part of the handmade nature of the product and are not normally considered faults.
Colours may also appear slightly different depending on the device or screen being used.
Natural dog treats can naturally vary in size, shape, colour, texture and appearance.
Product availability is subject to stock.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected.
We may be unable to accept an order where, for example:
- a product is unavailable;
- there has been an obvious pricing or product-description error;
- payment cannot be authorised;
- we are unable to fulfil or deliver the order; or
- we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
If we are unable to accept an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the relevant amount to the original payment method.
5. Prices & Payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£).
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown separately or clearly communicated before purchase.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for, except where there has been an obvious pricing error.
6. Delivery & Collection
Orders may be available for delivery and/or local collection, depending on the product and option selected.
We aim to prepare and dispatch orders within the timescales stated on our website.
Delivery times provided by postal or courier services are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Where local collection is selected, we will provide information about when and where the order can be collected.
7. Subscription Boxes
Wagmore Pet Boutique offers recurring monthly subscription boxes.
The price and type of subscription selected will be clearly shown before purchase. Any applicable postage charge will also be made clear before subscribing.
Subscription payments are taken automatically using the payment method provided when subscribing and will continue monthly until the subscription is cancelled.
Subscription boxes are normally posted on or around the 15th of each month. The exact dispatch date may occasionally vary due to weekends, bank holidays, stock availability or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
The contents of subscription boxes will vary from month to month. Product photographs and examples are illustrative unless a particular product is specifically stated as being included.
Customers should check product information carefully and inform Wagmore Pet Boutique of any relevant dietary requirements or allergies. We cannot guarantee that a product is suitable for an individual dog unless this has been specifically confirmed.
Cancelling a Subscription
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time.
Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Once the cancellation takes effect, no further recurring subscription payments will be taken.
Any subscription box that has already been paid for will still be supplied in accordance with the subscription terms.
Customers can manage and cancel their subscription through the Stripe customer portal or contact Wagmore Pet Boutique if they require assistance.
Cancellation of a subscription does not affect any statutory cancellation, refund or consumer rights that may apply.
8. Your Right to Cancel an Online Order
For many products purchased online, consumers have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to give a reason.
If this right applies and you wish to cancel, please contact us within the applicable cancellation period.
Unless otherwise agreed or required by law, you are responsible for returning the goods to us.
Products should be returned with reasonable care taken of them. A deduction may be made where handling has reduced the value of the goods beyond what would reasonably be necessary to inspect them.
Exceptions
The statutory right to change your mind does not apply in the same way to certain products, including:
- goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised;
- goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; and
- certain sealed products that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
9. Personalised & Made-to-Order Products
Many Wagmore Pet Boutique products are handmade, and some may be personalised or made specifically to a customer's requirements.
Where a product is clearly personalised or made to your specifications, the usual statutory right to change your mind may not apply.
Please check names, wording, measurements, sizes and other personalised information carefully before submitting your order.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is faulty or not as described.
10. Natural Dog Treats & Food Products
Natural treats should always be fed responsibly and under appropriate supervision.
Fresh drinking water should always be available.
Customers are responsible for selecting products appropriate for their dog's age, size, chewing ability and individual dietary needs.
Ingredients, analytical constituents and other relevant information are provided on product packaging and/or product listings where applicable.
If your dog has a known allergy, intolerance or medical dietary requirement, please check the product information carefully before feeding and seek appropriate professional veterinary advice where necessary.
Natural products can vary in appearance, size, texture and colour.
Food products should be stored according to the instructions provided and kept in a suitable cool, dry place unless otherwise stated.
11. Product Safety
Our enrichment products and pet accessories are intended for appropriate pet use.
Dogs should be supervised when using enrichment products or consuming chews and treats.
Please regularly check products for signs of damage or excessive wear and remove them from your pet if they become damaged or unsafe.
Our enrichment products are not designed as indestructible chew products.
Wagmore Pet Boutique cannot accept responsibility for damage resulting from inappropriate use, failure to supervise, or continued use of a product after it has become damaged or unsuitable.
Nothing in this section limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply.
We may request photographs or other reasonable information to help us understand and resolve the issue.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights.
13. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website belongs to Wagmore Pet Boutique or is used with permission.
This includes:
- photographs and graphics;
- product descriptions;
- branding and logos;
- original designs;
- written website content; and
- original product names and marketing materials.
Content must not be copied, reproduced, distributed, adapted or commercially used without our written permission.
14. Website Availability
We aim to keep our website available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
Occasionally, the website may be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, updates or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may correct errors or update website information when necessary.
15. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was entered into.
If you are purchasing as a consumer, these terms do not exclude or restrict any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Payment information may also be processed by the payment provider used to complete your purchase or manage your subscription.

17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions occasionally to reflect changes to our products, services, website or applicable law.
The version that applies to an order will normally be the version in force when that order was placed.
18. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Consumers retain any mandatory rights they have under applicable consumer law.
